In accordance with the proactive initiatives of Government of Punjab to improve security in every nook & corner of the province, Home Department, Government of Punjab has taken an initiative to record and monitor security measures taken by each branch of all the banks using internet and IT. Directorate of Monitoring, Home Department has been tasked for this development and subsequent operations and maintenance of this initiative. Initially this project has been launched in Lahore as a Pilot Project.
